Ken (Kaiyu) Chen, 程開佑 has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2007 with Ogilvy & Mather, where they served as an Account Executive. In this role, they were the main adviser to leading global IT companies and was awarded "Best PR Case of the Year" by Taiwan Ogilvy Group in 2007 and 2008. Ken (Kaiyu) then served as Education Squad Chief for the Navy, Taiwan from 2007-2008, where they won "Excellent Training Leader" and optimized the national new sailors assignment and transportation process. In 2010, they began working for CIBER, an US Federal Organization, as a Global Business Consultant. In this role, they worked with an international team to investigate the stakeholder relationship of Chinese manufacturing industry and developed innovative strategy to leverage 3rd parties to increase sustainability partnership for global retail supply chain. Ken (Kaiyu) also visited 5 cities in 3 weeks to identify entrepreneur opportunity. In 2011, they worked as a Technology Commercialization Consultant for Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Finally, in 2012, they co-founded iCHEF Co., Ltd., the No. 1 restaurant POS App company in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and served as CMO. Ken (Kaiyu) also served as Menu Strategy Director for McDonald's Corporation in 2012.
Ken (Kaiyu) Chen, 程開佑 obtained their Bachelor degree in Business Administration from National Chung Cheng University between 2004 and 2007. Ken (Kaiyu) then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business between 2010 and 2012, with a focus in International Business and Consulting.
