YuangChen Pai

YuangChen Pai has a wealth of work experience. From 2011 to 2016, they were employed at Pan German Motors Ltd., BMW Importer, where they held the roles of Manager and Trainer. As Manager, they ensured and assisted dealers to comply with the standards set by BMW AG, and implemented Retail Standard audits to help dealers improve. As Trainer, they were responsible for New Comer training, New Product training, and Sales Skill training, as well as training planning, training design, and training delivery. From 2016 to present, they have been employed at iCHEF Co., Ltd. as HR Director, where they are responsible for HRBP, as well as full function HR, including recruiting, C&B, training, and strategic planning.

YuangChen Pai obtained a Bachelor's degree from National Chengchi University between 2002 and 2007, with a double major in Psychology and Economy.
