Hi! We're Ichigo Bloom, a collaborative team of sustainability educators in Tokyo. We empower organizations of all sizes in Japan to thrive in the green transition by fostering a strong collective understanding and corporate culture centered on sustainability.

We offer a unique blend of engaging workshops developed in Europe (including the acclaimed Climate Fresk and Biodiversity Collage) and accessible sustainability talks. These programs empower your entire team, regardless of prior knowledge, to contribute to a more sustainable future.

Because every job is a climate job!
