Michael Dyson is currently working as the Vice President of Antibody Discovery and Engineering at Ichnos Sciences since July 2023. Michael began their career as a Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh from January 1992 to June 1997.

Michael Dyson completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham from 1983 to 1986. Michael then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Synthetic Chemistry from the same university between 1986 and 1989. Later, Dyson attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a post-doctoral researcher in the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from 1989 to 1992. Their educational journey started at Tewkesbury School from 1976 to 1983, although no degree or field of study was specified for this period.
