Randolph T.

Randolph T. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Randolph began their career in the U.S. Army, where they served as a Corporal from 1985 to 1989 and received several awards and commendations for their service. After leaving the military, Randolph joined Lockheed Martin as an Associate Mechanical Engineer, working from 1996 to 1997. Randolph then transitioned to Strasbaugh, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer from 1997 to 1999 and as a Project Manager - Sr. ME from 2006 to 2012. In between their time at Strasbaugh, Randolph also worked at Lam Research from 2000 to 2005 as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer. In 2012, Randolph joined Ichor Systems, Inc., initially as an Engineering Manager, and progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, including Engineering Director from 2018 to 2020 and finally, Sr. Director of Engineering from 2020 until the present time.

Randolph T. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in the period from 1990 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Oceanside High School from 1980 to 1984, but did not earn a degree or pursue any specific field of study.
