Christopher Elles serves as the Operations Center Manager at ICI Services, overseeing the technical and contractual management of eight contracts related to Undersea Warfare for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Business Manager at Phacil, Inc., managing business and financial aspects of contracts with various government agencies, and Division Director at BAE Systems, where management of significant contracts was the primary responsibility. Prior to corporate roles, Christopher Elles had a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of Commander and serving in various capacities on surface ships and staffs. Christopher Elles holds a Master's degree in Engineering Acoustics from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Baldwin Wallace University.
