Annie Dare

Annie Dare is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and writing for various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Communications at ICIMOD since April 2023, Annie has previously held roles including Strategic Communications Consultant at walk it back, Sub-editor for the Ukraine Report at the Disasters Emergency Committee, and Copywriter at City Bridge Trust. A diverse portfolio includes engagements with the Disasters Emergency Committee, Switchback, InsightShare, and CAST Centre for the Acceleration of Social Technology. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Sussex and a Master of Science in the History of International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
