Aaron Barnes

Aaron Barnes serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at iCIMS since January 2025. Previously, Aaron held the position of Senior Director of FP&A for the Americas at Cellebrite, a leader in Digital Intelligence solutions, from June 2023 to August 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at AvePoint from July 2017 to June 2023, and Senior Audit Manager at Genworth Financial from January 2013 to January 2017. Aaron began a career in business development at Thompson Davis & Co. from January 2011 to January 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Economics and Marketing from the University of Richmond.
