Allison Nadeau

Allison Nadeau has a diverse work experience. Allison currently holds the position of Vice President, Global HR Business Partner at iCIMS since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at iCIMS as a Director of Talent Management from May 2020 to May 2022, and as a Human Resources Business Partner from July 2018 to May 2020.

Before joining iCIMS, Allison worked at Marriott International for a significant period. Allison served as the Director of Human Resources from October 2016 to July 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager from January 2015 to October 2016, Human Resources Manager from February 2013 to January 2015, and Human Resources Manager from October 2011 to February 2013. Allison initially joined Marriott International as an Assistant Operations Manager from June 2010 to October 2011.

Allison Nadeau attended the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware from 2006 to 2010. Allison obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Business Management, with a minor in Spanish.
