Byron Stout

Byron Stout has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology field. Byron is currently employed at iCIMS as the Director of Engineering, a role they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Director of Engineering at iCIMS starting in September 2019 until February 2021. Before joining iCIMS, Stout served as the Manager of Software Development at iCIMS from June 2017 to September 2019.

Stout's earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of Information Technology at Winston Benefits Inc from July 2012 to March 2017. Byron also held the position of Director of Information Technology at Winston Benefits Inc from April 2007 to July 2012.

In their earlier career, Stout worked as a Technical Lead at Edgewater Technology from February 1999 to April 2007. Byron also briefly served as the IT Manager at Viaticare in 1999, and prior to that, they were the Manager of Software Development at Grand Casino from 1993 to 1998.

Byron Stout holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology and Project Leadership from Capella University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1993. Currently, Byron is pursuing further education at Brookdale Community College, with their studies starting in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in July 2017.
