Clay Parker

Clay Parker is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in implementation and project management within the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sector. Currently, Clay serves as a Principal Consultant and Implementation Manager at iCIMS, a rapidly growing provider of business platforms for candidate and employee management. Previous roles include working at Transverse in the PMO for a real-time billing solution, as well as leading consulting and project management efforts at PeopleAdmin, a leader in Talent Management solutions. Earlier experience includes positions at Perot Systems Corporation managing development teams and at the US Army Corps of Engineers in various leadership roles. Clay holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in Economics, graduating Cum Laude from Trinity University.
