Ellen Faller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner enablement and call center management. Currently serving as the Director of Partner Enablement at iCIMS since February 2016, Ellen previously held various directorial roles at UBS Financial Services from January 2001 to January 2022, focusing on call center relationship management, training, and quality assurance. Key achievements include building relationships between call center teams and business partners, streamlining quality monitoring processes, and developing comprehensive training programs for financial services. Ellen began their career at UBS/PaineWebber as a Senior Associate in customer service and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education and Art History from the University of Cincinnati.
