Gregory Rodriguez

Gregory Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Gregory started their career at Geek Squad in 2012 as a Consultation Agent. Gregory then joined Apple in 2014 and held roles such as Senior Mac Support Technician and Family Support Specialist, where they gained expertise in analyzing and repairing hardware malfunctions, as well as providing technical support for mobile devices. Since 2016, Gregory has been working at iCIMS, where they have held positions of increasing responsibility, including Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, and currently, as an Associate Technical Product Manager.

Gregory Rodriguez has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Cybersecurity from Southern New Hampshire University. Gregory also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from Middlesex College. Additionally, in 2011, they obtained a diploma from Perth Amboy High School. In terms of certifications, Gregory Rodriguez is an Apple Certified Mac Technician and Apple Certified iOS Technician, both obtained in June 2015 from Apple.
