Jillian Rackett has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jillian started their career as a Management Assistant at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from April 2016 to September 2017. Following that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems in September and November 2017, where they were responsible for networking and creating a pipeline of candidates across multiple industries. Jillian then joined Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company in December 2017 as an Executive Recruiter until March 2019. During this time, they honed their skills in executive recruitment.

In March 2019, Jillian joined iCIMS, an industry-leading recruitment software provider. Jillian started as a Senior Inside Sales Representative, where they consistently exceeded sales targets and ranked as the top Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the first half of 2020. Their responsibilities included providing valuable information to prospective clients, conducting market research, engaging in efficient conversations about the platform, and using Salesforce to track leads.

Jillian's success as an Inside Sales Representative led to their promotion as a Senior Enterprise Sales Development Executive in November 2020. In this role, they worked closely with enterprise organizations to improve their recruitment practices and achieve better hiring outcomes. Jillian partnered with prospective customers to develop success strategies, resulting in shorter time-to-fill, lower cost-per-hire, and higher quality candidates.

Lastly, Jillian became an Account Executive at iCIMS in February 2022, where they continued to leverage their expertise in talent acquisition and build relationships with enterprise employers. Presently, Jillian currently holds the position of an Enterprise Account Executive at iCIMS.

Jillian Rackett completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Dance from Rutgers University. Their education at Rutgers University took place from 2009 to 2013.
