Julia Marron, M.A. has a diverse work experience spanning various marketing roles. Julia started their career as a Marketing Intern at Today Media in 2012 while still a student at West Chester University. After graduating in 2013, they joined DSG, Inc. as a Marketing Associate from March 2014 to May 2015. Julia then moved to The Institutes in 2015, where they worked as a Marketing Project Coordinator from May 2015 to January 2017, and later as a Marketing Campaign Manager from February 2017 to September 2017. In 2017, Julia joined iCIMS as a Digital Marketing Associate in the Demand Generation department, and their hard work and expertise were quickly recognized. Julia was promoted to Sr. Segment Marketing Manager, Demand Gen in January 2021, and in January 2022, they were further promoted to the role of Manager, Digital Marketing, where they currently work.
