Justin Wagner

Justin Wagner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Justin started their career as a Busser at Redwoods Grill & Bar in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Justin then joined Staples as a Sales Associate from 2010 to 2012. Next, they worked at Target Mobile as a Sales Manager from 2012 to 2014, where they were responsible for overseeing the sales team and achieving sales targets. Justin then joined Millennium Systems International as a Senior Customer Success Manager from 2014 to 2020. In this role, they managed large client implementations, provided pre-sale assistance, and stayed up-to-date with industry trends. Currently, Justin is working at iCIMS, where they have held multiple positions since 2020. Justin started as a Customer Success Manager, providing platform guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction. Justin then progressed to roles such as Renewal Manager, Senior Renewal Manager, Team Lead, and currently holds the role of Manager, Renewals. In these positions, Justin reviews and negotiates renewal quotes, identifies growth opportunities, and develops strategies to retain and mitigate customer churn. Justin is also responsible for the overall success of projects and ensures business is conducted with integrity.

Justin Wagner attended West Morris Central from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a High School Diploma. In January 2020, they received additional certifications in "Proven Tips for Managing Your Time" and "Sales: Customer Success" from LinkedIn.
