Kyle Pollard

Kyle Pollard is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience in client relations and project implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at iCIMS since April 2022, Kyle previously held the position of Client Success Advisor at Lightning Bolt Solutions, where management of over 180 clients was achieved with a notable 98% retention rate. Earlier roles include Technical Account Manager and Lead Implementation Consultant, where success was demonstrated through significant client management and project achievements, such as overseeing a team for a large-scale user training initiative.
