Lena Rogova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and business development within the AI and machine learning sectors. Currently serving as Product Portfolio Director at iCIMS since May 2020, Lena has progressed through various roles at the company, including Principal Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager. Prior to iCIMS, Lena was Business Development Director at Opening.io and held multiple marketing positions at Hays from 2009 to 2016, including Senior Marketing Manager for Hays Ireland and Marketing Communications Manager for Hays Russia.
