Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen has a diverse work experience in the software and recruitment industry. Lisa started their career at Netco Inc in 1998 as the Vice President and held that position until 2008. Lisa then joined Monster as an Internet Recruitment Consultant in 2008 and stayed with the company until 2015. From 2015 onwards, Lisa has been working at iCIMS, starting as an Account Manager and currently holds the position of RVP, Account Management. iCIMS is a leading provider of talent acquisition solutions and has a large customer base worldwide.

Lisa Allen attended Northern Kentucky University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management.
