Director, Talent Experience at iCIMS

Mackenzie Egan has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mackenzie began their career as a Public Relations Intern at Six Flags Great Adventure in 2008, followed by a Public Relations Internship at Progressive Coffeehouse in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Marketing Intern at The Pool at Harrah's and as a Traffic Coordinator at HealthEd Group.

From 2011 to 2013, Mackenzie was a Training and Development Supervisor at Six Flags Great Adventure, where they managed a team and developed training programs for seasonal and full-time employees.
