Mahesh S. has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Mahesh is currently working as a Principal Data Engineer at iCIMS since February 2020. In their previous role as a Senior Backend Developer at CH Media from October 2014 to January 2020, Mahesh led the data governance and architecture effort, designing and developing workflows for Data Ingestion & Pipelines using Apache Airflow, Google BigQuery, and Python. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Application Developer at DEFY Media from July 2013 to October 2014, where they were the lead developer for the popular website Smosh.com. Mahesh also gained experience as an Application Developer at Alloy Media + Marketing/Alloy Digital from September 2008 to July 2013, where they played a key role in project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, data modeling, and backend code integration. Before that, they worked as an Analyst/Software Engineer at Verizon from August 2004 to August 2008, contributing to the development of the AccOrd order processing system for telecom requests.
