Patty Gergen is a seasoned Senior Consultant at iCIMS since March 2011, specializing in managing implementation projects for a diverse range of clients, including Emerging, Major, and high-profile Enterprise clients. Responsibilities include conducting customer requirement analyses, consulting on iCIMS product configurations, and leading project scope and issue management. Patty also handles project planning, data conversion processes, and customer training, ensuring high satisfaction levels throughout the implementation phase. Prior to iCIMS, experience included various roles at Northwest Airlines from August 1998 to December 2009, progressing from Support Associate to Lead Analysis Associate, where responsibilities encompassed data management, training, team leadership, and working on special projects within Corporate Human Resources.
