Rob Bursee

Rob Bursee has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Rob most recently worked at iCIMS as the Director of Enterprise Client Success, focused on ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues and aligning incident management program objectives with company goals. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Solutions at iCIMS, where they developed and implemented a comprehensive incident management program.

Before joining iCIMS, Rob was the Global Software (ATS) Implementation Engineer at Delaware North, a hospitality and entertainment company. Rob also held various roles at Wellpath, including Director of Talent Acquisition Systems and Strategy, where they partnered with division TA leaders and leveraged vendor relationships to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Rob also served as a Talent Acquisition Division Manager at Wellpath, overseeing recruiting requirements for multiple states and sites.

Rob's work experience also includes several roles at the United States Air Force, where they held positions such as Recruiting Operations Senior Manager, Senior Trainer & Marketing Manager - Talent Acquisition Managers, and Talent Acquisition Regional Manager - Military Healthcare. Rob demonstrated expertise in policy and strategy design, program oversight, and analysis. At the beginning of their career, they served as an Aircrew Support Shop Chief and a Certified Survival Instructor.

Rob Bursee has a strong education background in business administration and management. Rob obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Arkansas Grantham from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the same institution from 2012 to 2016. In 2013, they also pursued Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degrees in Human Resource Management and Aircrew Safety Systems Technology at the Community College of the Air Force.

In addition to their academic achievements, Rob Bursee has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Rob became an iCIMS Expert in Applicant Tracking Certification, awarded by iCIMS, in May 2022. Rob also completed courses to become a facilitator for the IMPACT sales coaching model and the IMPACT selling model, provided by The Brooks Group, in January 2016.
