Ross Arieta

Ross Arieta has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ross most recently worked at iCIMS as a Technical Product Manager, starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Implementation Manager at iCIMS from October 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining iCIMS, Ross worked as a Senior Advisory Consultant at Talent Tech Labs, starting in December 2019. In this role, they provided custom research, insights, and decision support in the emerging Talent Acquisition Technology field.

Ross also gained experience at Diageo as an HR Transformation Consultant from August 2019 to April 2020. Here, they were responsible for designing and delivering assessment modules and Workday enhancements, as well as implementing a training program for Talent Acquisition.

Earlier in their career, Ross worked as a Solutions Consultant at Beamery, where they established the implementation function and developed the best practice delivery framework. Ross joined Beamery in September 2018 and left in August 2019.

Prior to that, Ross served as a Principal Consultant HCM at Oracle from February 2018 to September 2018. Although no new implementations were signed during their time there, they completed extensive implementation process training and adopted elements as best practice.

Ross previously worked as an Implementation Consultant at Avature from November 2016 to February 2018. Ross played a key role in designing and implementing solutions using the Avature platform.

Before joining Avature, Ross gained experience at WCN as a Solutions Consultant and later as a Consulting Business Systems Analyst. Their responsibilities included delivering pre-sales demonstrations, estimating new tenders, managing client expectations, and developing tools and solutions using the ATS framework.

Ross started their career at J.P. Morgan, where they held various roles. These included Client Service Officer from December 2011 to September 2013, Recruitment and Strategy Manager from December 2010 to December 2011, and roles within the company's graduate scheme from September 2007 to December 2010.

Overall, Ross Arieta has a diverse background in technical product management, implementation consulting, HR transformation, and recruitment strategy across different industries.

Ross Arieta attended Lycee Francais Charles de Gaulle from 1987 to 2001, where they completed their GCSE and A-Level education. In 2004, they enrolled at the University of Southampton and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management.
