Ross Nichols

Ross Nichols has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ross began their career as a Bill Clerk for the Tennessee House of Representatives in 2004. Ross then worked as an Administrative Assistant III for Regulatory Boards at the State of Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance from 2005 to 2006. Following that, they served as a Field Advance for the Office of Governor Phil Bredesen in 2006. In 2007, they joined the State of Tennessee as a Senior Advisor for Policy and Research, and later took on the role of Press Secretary from 2014 to 2015. Ross then transitioned into the private sector, joining HealthStream in 2015 as an Associate Account Executive on the Business Development Team. Ross later became a Solution Executive for Named Accounts, specializing in Talent Management, and held this position until 2021. In 2021, Ross joined Mursion as the Director Of Business Development, where they successfully built new account relationships, maintained a pipeline of Fortune 500 clients, and expanded the company's clientele internationally. Most recently, they joined iCIMS in 2022 as a Principal Account Manager.

Ross Nichols attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
