Stephane Amiot has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Stephane most recently worked at iCIMS as the VP Sales and Account Management EMEA, where they were responsible for attracting, engaging, hiring, and advancing the right talent for the organization. Prior to that, they worked at Emblem as an Investor/Limited Partner.

From 2016 to 2023, Stephane served in various roles at Cornerstone OnDemand, including VP Sales EMEA Content & Hyper Growth Products and Area Vice President Client Sales EMEA. In these positions, they led teams responsible for accelerating the growth of products, improving the go-to-market execution, and assisting clients with talent management and skills experience platform usage.

Before joining Cornerstone OnDemand, Stephane worked at ONE2TEAM as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Independent Board Advisor. Here, they led EMEA sales, pre-sales, marketing, and professional services teams, with a focus on accelerating local growth and expanding into the United States.

From 2010 to 2014, Stephane held roles at SHL/CEB, including Managing Director France & Belgium and VP Sales Western Europe. Stephane was responsible for driving revenue and EBITDA growth, implementing solution selling strategies, redesigning sales plans, and managing new customer retention strategies.

Stephane's career began at Taleo where they founded the Taleo France office in 2001 and progressed to Regional Sales Director for France & Southern Europe. Stephane played a key role in increasing Taleo's presence and brand awareness in the region.

Before Taleo, Stephane worked at Michael Page as an Executive Director in the IT practice and search consultant.

Throughout their career, Stephane has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on driving growth and success in various organizations.

Stephane Amiot earned a Master's degree in Finance & Economics from Ecole Supérieure de Gestion (ESG) in Paris from 1990 to 1993. In 2017, Stephane obtained a Certificate in Leadership Process Motivating Achievement from Spencer, Shenk, Capers & Associates, Inc. No end year was specified for this certificate program.
