Thomas Oriole has extensive experience in technical support and account management, currently serving as a Principal Technical Partner at iCIMS since January 2020, following a role as Technical Account Manager 2. Prior to iCIMS, Thomas worked at Commvault from May 2019 to January 2020, successfully managing over 600 tickets and maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
