Fernando Bravo

Fernando Bravo has extensive experience in the field of chemistry, currently serving as the Knowledge and Technology Transfer (KTT) & Industrial Projects Area Manager at ICIQ since May 2010, where responsibilities include managing a research laboratory focused on catalytic reactions, overseeing a team of ten researchers, managing budgets, and supervising development projects. Prior to ICIQ, Fernando worked at GlaxoSmithKline from September 2003 to April 2010 as a Senior Scientist, specializing in development and process chemistry, technology transfer, and project supervision, earning the "GSK's Exceptional Science Award" twice in 2007 and 2009. Fernando holds a PostDoc in Organic Chemistry from Emory University and a PhD in Chemistry (synthetic organic) from Universitat Rovira i Virgili. Additional education includes a BS in Chemical Sciences from Universitat Rovira i Virgili and studies at Technische Universität Berlin.
