Ed Cox

Ed Cox currently serves as the Editor for Global LNG at ICIS, a position held since April 2014, where management of a team focused on energy market trends across Europe, Asia, and the Americas is a key responsibility. Key functions include daily analysis and reporting on global LNG and gas markets, engagement with energy companies to enhance market transparency, and analysis of LNG cargo flows. Ed also emphasizes content development in emerging markets, prioritizing emissions quantification within the gas and LNG value chain. Prior to this, Ed held editorial roles at ICIS Heren and ICIS, managing European spot gas markets and European petrochemicals, respectively, and started the career as a Client Service Administrator at Fidelity. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Oxford University.
