Li Li has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the China Chief Analyst at Reliance Industries Limited since February 2021. With a long-standing tenure at ICIS from August 2005, Li has progressed to the role of Head of Analytics for the China oil market and Director of Research & Analytics covering refining and oil and gas. Responsibilities include leading energy research and analytics, interpreting industry policies, and developing forecasting models for gasoline and gasoil supply-demand balances. Li also held the position of Senior Information Manager at C1 Energy China from August 2005 to July 2007, focusing on the Chinese refining industry and energy mix. Li holds a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from Peking University and a Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics from Sun Yat-sen University.
