Amanda Stone

Amanda Stone is a dedicated education consultant currently with Learning Connections, focusing on education assessment, support, and counselling. With a rich history as a teacher and counsellor at DEECD from 1980 to 2011, Amanda now serves in various leadership roles, including Regional Executive Committee Chair for ICLEI and Chair of the Northern Alliance for Greenhouse Action. Amanda has been involved with several organizations, such as headspace Collingwood as Independent Chair and as a committee member for the Association of Child and Family Development. They have also contributed to local governance as a Councillor for Yarra City Council since 2008, including two terms as Mayor. Amanda's academic background includes ongoing studies at the University of Melbourne, RMIT University, and Monash University.
