Mitch O'Connor

Mitch O'Connor has an extensive work history starting as an Electronics Technician and Nuclear Engineer in the US Navy in 1986. Mitch advanced to various roles, including Surface Warfare Officer, responsible for weapons, engineering, and management. Transitioning to the private sector, they held roles at companies such as Eaton, Daikin Applied Americas, ECR International, Engineering Manufacturing Technologies, LLC, and ICM Controls. Their experience includes plant management, project management, and executive leadership positions, highlighting their expertise in operations, continuous improvement, and strategic planning.

Mitch O'Connor completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management, Economics, and Finance from Old Dominion University in 2003. Additionally, Mitch studied Nuclear Engineering and Surface Warfare Focus through the US Navy. Mitch also pursued coursework at the Department of Test and Evaluation within the US Government.
