Steve Scott began their work experience at American Express in 1999 as a Financial Advisor and later became a Franchise Owner. Steve provided comprehensive Financial Plans for individuals and small business owners, as well as offered financial products for plan implementation. In 2004, Steve joined Mutual of America as an Account Representative, where they sold employer-sponsored retirement plans and provided consulting services on retirement plan design and legislative compliance. Steve worked with Executive Management of small to medium-sized organizations, including non-profit and government entities. In 2011, Steve moved to ICMA-RC, initially working as an Investor Services Associate, and then transitioning to the role of VRS Defined Contribution Plans Education Specialist. Finally, in 2018, Steve joined MissionSquare Retirement as the VRS Defined Contribution Plans Plan Manager.
