Chris Whittaker

Chris Whittaker is a City Manager for Angleton TX, overseeing the infrastructure and quality of life for over 19,000 residents. Chris also serves as a Board Member and Secretary for HCAG City of Pearland Needs Assessment and Study with Gulf Coast Transit District. Additionally, Chris is a Credentialed Manager Candidate with ICMA, and a member of various committees and organizations such as the Texas City Management Association and Rotary Club of Angleton. Whittaker is also a Logistics Chief for the Texas State Guard, a Mentor for Startup in Residence, and a Senior Logistics Consultant with Maven Comp. Chris holds multiple degrees and certificates in fields such as local government management, project management, and organizational management.
