Cory Fleming directs ICMA’s 311/CRM Consulting Services, focusing on improving centralized customer service systems for local governments in the U.S. and Canada. They served as the project director for the ICMA National Study of 311 and Customer Service Technology from 2006 to 2011, contributing valuable research and resources to the field. Fleming has held various roles, including Center Administrator at The Urban Institute and Program Manager at the International START Secretariat. In addition to their work at ICMA, they teach as an adjunct lecturer and collaborate on initiatives exploring the impact of technology in local governance. Cory is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at Iowa State University and a Master of Science at The Johns Hopkins University.
