Jonathan Royas

Jonathan Royas, J.D. is currently serving as Deputy City Manager at the City of Santa Paula. With a background in law and government, Jonathan also holds various leadership positions in organizations such as MMASC and the Institute for Local Government. Jonathan has previously interned in city management roles in cities such as Ojai, San Fernando, and Camarillo, and has participated in programs such as the Ventura County Leadership Academy. Jonathan is a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to public service and community development.
