Kate Fitzpatrick

Kate Fitzpatrick currently serves as Regional Director at the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) since July 2025. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at the Town of Needham, where Kate held various positions from March 1990 to July 2025, including Town Manager, Town Administrator, Assistant Town Administrator, and Personnel Director. Kate Fitzpatrick holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Boston University, obtained between 1989 and 1993, and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross, earned from 1980 to 1984.
