Laura Hagg is an accomplished international and local governance expert with diverse experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors. They have served as City Manager for Frankfort, Kentucky, effectively leading financial and operational strategies, and previously managed programs for the International Republican Institute, focusing on governance in Tunisia. Currently, they direct capacity development and governance initiatives at the International City/County Management Association, supporting various international projects, including efforts aimed at enhancing Ukrainian municipal governance.
