Maria Solano

Maria Solano is the Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the International City/County Management Association, a role they began in 2025. Previously, Maria served as Deputy City Manager for the City of Plymouth and had experiences as an Administrative Services Officer for the City of St. Louis Park, and Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Coon Rapids. Earlier in their career, Maria was a Program Coordinator/Director at St. Francis Health and worked as a Management Analyst Assistant for the City of Mankato. They hold a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
