Wayne Parker

Wayne Parker is a seasoned local government professional with an extensive career across Missouri, Kansas, and Utah. They have held significant roles including Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Provo and Director of Management Services for Ogden City Government. Wayne is currently the Mountain Plains Regional Director at ICMA and serves as a City Manager in Residence at Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business, where they mentor MPA students.
