William Bell

William Bell has worked in Public Administration for 23 years, serving communities across Nebraska, Wisconsin, and Colorado. Since 2011, they have held the position of City Manager in Montrose, Colorado, while also serving as the Executive Director of the Montrose Urban Renewal Authority. William, born in Delta, Colorado, cultivated an appreciation for Western Colorado's lifestyle during their childhood on dairy farms. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wyoming, followed by a Master's Degree in Public Administration after completing studies at Pepperdine University School of Law. William is recognized as a passionate leader in economic development and has held various leadership roles, including Past President of both the Colorado Municipal League and the Colorado City & County Managers' Association.
