William Fraser is a retired City Manager with a distinguished career in municipal administration. They served as City Manager for Montpelier, VT, from 1995 to 2025 and held various leadership roles, including Town Administrator in Wakefield and Farmington, and Town Manager in Ogunquit. In addition to their extensive experience, Fraser earned a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University and completed several executive programs, including a Certificate in Senior Executives in State/Local Government.
