Patrick A. O’shea

Patrick A. O’shea is a board member at ICmed. Patrick was previously with WealthForge and Health Warrior, Inc., where they served as investor from January 2014 to October 2018. Prior to that, they were with BB&T Capital Markets from January 2006 to December 2015, where they were head of equity capital markets. From 2009 to 2015, they turned operating losses into double-digit profit contribution through product enhancement, change to expense/compensation structure and coordination with bank parent. Patrick was also involved with key regulator (FINRA) and industry trade group (SIFMA) in policy issues impacting market structure, private and public equity issuance and investment banking. Before that, they were a partner at Banner Capital Markets from January 2003 to September 2006. Patrick has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System from January 2003 to December 2008.

Patrick A. O’shea has an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in General Management and Finance. Patrick also has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia. In addition, they have a certification from FINRA in Series 24 (General Securities Principal) and Series 7 (General Securities Registered Representative).
