Chris Mitchell

President at ICM

Chris Mitchell keeps ICM focused on maintaining industry leadership. He is responsible for steering R&D initiatives, implementing product delivery strategies and expanding ICM into the global market. Chris is constantly working to identify business development opportunities that enable ICM to leverage its premier process technology solutions domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining ICM in 2006, Chris served as legal counsel for United Bio Energy, a Kansas-based company that provides plant management and commodity price-risk management for grains and energy purchased by ethanol plants. He has also worked for two law firms specializing in corporate, bankruptcy, insurance and property tax matters.

Chris currently sits on the board of directors for several organizations, including ethanol plants. He previously served as a representative of the Kansas Governor’s Energy Council and was a member of the Wichita Bar Association.

Chris is a graduate of Bethel College in Newton, Kansas, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn School of Law in Topeka, Kansas.
