Based in Amsterdam, we combine deep sector knowledge with full Dutch and EU regulatory compliance, delivering international technical talent to operations that cannot afford to wait. The transitions underway in energy, infrastructure, and technology are too important to be delayed by workforce shortages. Keeping the Netherlands and Europe resilient and future-proof requires skilled technical people, more than domestic markets currently provide.
We are backed by experienced investors in the technical workforce and infrastructure space, with Dutch and EU immigration law at the core: IND processes, work permits, and employment contracts handled with specialist legal backing.

- We work exclusively in sectors where technical scarcity is structural, not cyclical

- We source from international talent pools that are complementary to, not competitive with, the local market

- We operate to the highest compliance standards as a matter of principle, not obligation

- We treat the specialists we mobilise as professionals — fairly contracted, properly paid, and supported throughout their assignment

- We take operational accountability seriously: one partner, end to end
