Marwa Emam

Marwa Emam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Marwa started their career at SAVOLA Group as an Executive Secretary, where they were responsible for organizing the chairman's daily agenda, arranging business trips, and communicating with clients and suppliers. Marwa then moved on to ABCO United For Plastics & Chemicals as a Chairman Assistant, where they continued to handle administrative tasks and assist in organizing the chairman's trips and meetings. Marwa then joined InterCement as an Assistant Managing Director, where they played a key role in organizing the managing director's trips and daily agenda. Marwa also served as a Sr. Communications, PR & CSR Manager at InterCement, developing a media relations strategy, creating a marketing communications plan, and serving as a point of contact for media relations. Marwa's most recent role has been at ICOM, where they started as a Sr. Marketing, Communication and PR Manager, responsible for improving public relations, forging relationships with journalists and influencers, and developing effective communication strategies. Marwa then moved up to the position of Marketing, Communications, and PR Deputy Director.

Marwa Emam has a Bachelor's degree in law from Alexandria University, with a specialization in the English section. Marwa also attended El Manar School for Girls for their high school education. In terms of additional certifications, Marwa obtained a Professional Certificate in Sales & Marketing from Arab Academy in 2018, while also obtaining a certificate for attending the 'Leaders in Social Responsibility Program' from The American University in Cairo in 2016. Marwa also holds certifications in PR & Communication Essentials for Human Resources, Public Relations from The British University in Egypt, and Presentation Skills. Furthermore, Marwa completed a program on implementing a successful CSR Business Strategy & Master Sustainability Reporting in 2016.
