Peter Case is a Senior Agile Coach with extensive experience in project management, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Scaled Agile since 2008. They served as an Enterprise Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer at Command Alkon from 2016 to 2021, where they developed strategic vision, implemented Agile best practices, and mentored leadership teams. Prior to that, Peter was a Senior Scrum Master and Implementation Team Manager at Henry Schein Practice Solutions from 2008 to 2016, where they implemented enterprise-wide Agile practices. Currently, they work as an Agile Coach at ICON Agility Services and Leidos, while also having held a position at Zions Bancorporation from 2021 to 2023. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Utah Valley University.
