Deseray Gruben

Deseray Gruben has extensive work experience in finance, accounting, and operations. Deseray served as the VP of Finance and Accounting at Kovach starting in August 2022 and previously held the position of Controller from October 2019 to August 2022. Deseray also worked at ICON Builders, where they served as Vice President and Operations Analyst from December 2021 to present. In this role, they managed various accounting tasks and records. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Asset Manager and Executive Assistant to the President at ICON Builders. Prior to that, they were an Accounting Coordinator and Arizona Project Manager at Why Hospitality LLC, where they handled contract preparation, payment reconciliations, and correspondence.

Deseray Gruben completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Finance Emphasis at the W. P. Carey School of Business from Arizona State University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Colorado State University in 2012. Deseray also attended Yuma High School, where they completed their high school education in General Studies from 2004 to 2008.
