Heather Seitz

Heather Seitz, PE, CFM, LEED AP, serves as a Project Manager at ICON Engineering, Inc. since August 2019, previously holding the role of Project Specialist. From May 2015 to December 2018, Heather acted as the Stormwater Division Manager for the City of Greeley, achieving notable accomplishments including the filling of three staff vacancies, contributing to the 2019 budget preparation, and overseeing a project recognized as one of the top three in Colorado by the Colorado Association of Stormwater and Floodplain Managers. Heather also has experience as a Stormwater Engineer, managing over eight million dollars in stormwater Capital Improvement Projects while maintaining low change order costs. Additional roles include Program Engineer at the Colorado Stormwater Center and Water Resources Engineer at ms consultants, inc. Heather holds a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, both from Colorado State University.
