Lee McNabb is a passionate and highly effective leader in payments and digital assets, currently serving as the Head of Group Payment Strategy at NatWest since 2020. In this role, Lee is responsible for defining and articulating the bank's payment strategy while collaborating with various customer franchises to ensure alignment and delivery.
